Purpose: To contact you and assess your application submitted via Meta Lead Ads.

Legal bases: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); for subsequent communication Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).

Data categories: Name, email, phone (optional), availability, desired type of employment, voluntary information.

Recipients: Delicious Burger (HR), HQ Film Headquarters (processing on behalf), Meta Platforms Ireland (lead form).

International transfers: May occur within the Meta group; protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention: Deletion no later than 6 months after the process is completed unless statutory obligations require longer retention. Talent pool only with separate consent (retention 12 months).

Minors: Applications from persons under 18 are not accepted.
